Live From The Field

As you know we had a leak and we were able to get it fixed but unfortunately I might have to shut the water off agen on Wednesday the 16th do to some issues we have had after we fixed it we will try to do what we can to get water back on as fast as possible and we a very sorry about any inconvenience this may cause.

Drainage going in possible water outage during work

We are having drainage put in at the back of the park they may be some water interuptions we will have it on as fast as we can the work should start on Tuesday so if there is no water trust I am working to fix it as fast as possible.

Water Leak at #18

It’s a difficult repair. An old faulty valve 4’ plus down blew out the park’s sump pump because of dirt and small rocks. Brittany & Zack tried to complete the pumping out of water from the hole using our Wet/Dry Vac instead—but an adjacent neighbor took umbrage at them using his power and hampering his laundry process – and pulled the plug on his electricity to drain the hole.
Brittany and Zack are on way to store to buy a new sump pump and replacement valve piping so they can complete the repair.
Wish her Happy Birthday when you see her again.

Big water leak at #18

Brittany & Zach have been digging like crazy to access a valve at #18 on her Birthday. Gone down 4′ so far and dont have hands on it yet. In huge pool of water. Other residents noticed lower water pressure this morning.
Check FGMHP.com for water status. Will post if have time while running frantically to get to the leak.

Park Water Structures Disallowed

The Park’s corporate insurance carrier has forbidden all ponds, swimming pools and any other water-filled structures in FGMHP. They will not renew our insurance this year if such structures are in the Park.

They send out inspectors and we must have the park itself covered by liability insurance. Therefore, FGMHP will no longer allow such structures and if any are found on the lot you rent, you will be expected to remove it immediately.

It is my understanding Brittany & Zack are accepting sprinklers to be run for no longer than 45 minutes during hot weather for children–and adults–cool-off purpose.

Coronavirus COVID-19

Please accept my deepest apologies for not writing you sooner. All the requirements and hoopla associated with the COVID-a9 virus and the subsequent lockdowns and personal distancing laws have kept me very busy.

I’m in constant communication with the Park’s Manager, Brittany, and she has assured me she knows of no COVID-19 cases at the Park and I just thank God for that. But I am sure the lockdown and personal distancing laws have been difficult for all of you. Please inform Brittany by email (brittanyblack81@gmail.com) if you have any medical or food needs and she will direct you to the appropriate agencies,

Brittany and her family are conforming to lockdown and personal distancing laws.  Please email her instead of stepping onto her lot and disobeying personal distancing laws.  Wearing a mask is required outside of your home.  If you encounter anyone outside of a home not wearing a mask, please call the Sheriff,

It appears Governor Inslee will slowly be re-opening closed businesses and activities during the month of May and that should provide some relief for all of us!

PS: We are having a few instances of low water pressure even though we have a deep, wonderful well and a brand new pump. Brittany does all the testing and monitoring of our water system and weekly reports to the State. We have the highest grade A rating on our system. The pressure problem is probably due to our increased occupancy with all residents at home  causing higher water use. Please do not use any unnecessary water until this lockdown ends. Water for laundry and bathing is also more readily available during evening hours.

#STAYSAFE
